  • Qual-Chem ships most orders UPS Ground or USPS.

    We will receive a Ship Confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed and awaiting pick up from the carrier.

  • Most Quick Ship orders are processed and shipped the next business day Monday - Thursday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday excluding holidays.

    However, during sales and new product launches it may take up 48 hours business hours to fulfill orders.

    We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or holidays.

    Holidays observed: New Years Day, MLK, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanks Giving, Christmas eve, and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on a Saturday it will be observedon the Friday. If the holiday is on Sunday it will be observed on that Monday.

  • Damaged Product Policy for Qual-Chem

    At Qual-Chem, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive products of the highest quality and in the best condition. However, we understand that damages may occur during shipping despite our best efforts. We have established the following Damaged Product Policy to address any concerns swiftly and effectively.

    Reporting Damaged Products

    1. Notification Window: Customers must report any damages to received products within ten (10) days from the receipt date. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

    2. Claim Submission: Customers should email our customer service team at info@qual-chem.com to submit a claim for a damaged product. Please include your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the damage.

    3. Required Documentation: All claims must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged product. Photos should clearly show the extent of the damage so that the claim can be assessed accurately. Additional information, such as the condition of the packaging, may also be requested to help us understand the nature of the damage.
