At Qual-Chem, our priority is safe, reliable, and transparent delivery of chemical products. Please review these guidelines before placing your order. By purchasing from Qual-Chem, you agree to the following terms.

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
We are closed on weekends and the following holidays:
New Year’s Day · Martin Luther King Jr. Day · Presidents’ Day · Memorial Day · Independence Day · Labor Day · Thanksgiving Day + Friday after · Christmas DayOrders may take longer to process during promotions, product launches, or periods of high demand.
Shipping Information
Free UPS Ground Shipping on all online orders (continental U.S. only).
Transit Time: Typically 1–4 business days after shipment.
Tracking: You’ll receive a UPS tracking number by email once your package is scanned at the UPS hub (usually between 8–9 PM ET).
Bulk Orders: Freight is quoted separately and invoiced based on order size and destination.
⚠️ We do not ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout:
Qual-Chem cannot refund or reship orders sent to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If your package has already shipped, you may request a redirect directly with UPS.
Missing or Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
Check your property, mailbox, or with neighbors.
Contact UPS (they can provide GPS delivery confirmation).
If theft is suspected, file a police report.
👉 Once UPS marks an order as Delivered, Qual-Chem’s service obligation is fulfilled.
Hazardous Materials & Safety
Some products are classified as hazardous (flammable, toxic, or restricted).
Always review the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use.
Products are intended for industrial, laboratory, manufacturing, or R&D use only.

Verification Requirements
For certain products, we may require additional documentation before releasing your order. Examples include:
Business license
EIN letter
Driver’s license or voter ID
Utility bill (e.g., water bill)
⚠️ Some products, such as 1,4-Butanediol, require you to complete a Product Waiver before your order can be processed.

Your order will remain on hold until all verification is complete.
Returns & Order Cancellations
🚫 All Sales Final
For safety and quality purposes, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits once an order has been placed.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once they have been placed, even if they have not yet shipped.

Prices shown are current and transparent; no hidden fees.
A hazardous materials surcharge may apply, clearly shown at checkout.
Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your ship-to address.

You may receive emails for:
You’ve created a Customer Account
Your Customer Account password has been reset or updated
Your order has shipped (with tracking number)
